Registration for Business Usage
Welcome to the registration for business usage
Please note that employees of external companies are not entitled to use the vehicles of the CarPool.
A few steps to mobility:
Please choose your division.
After having completed your registration form, you will receive a confirming e-mail which you need to print out twice.
Now have your superior sign this e-mail.
To be activated and pick up your driver's license label, take the following to the person in charge on your site (the list of pick up points will
be attached to your confirming e-mail).
- this e-mail with your signature and the signature of your superior
- your company ID
- your driver's license
The registration process is completed as soon as you have received a second e-mail containing your password and user name for the CarPool Portal to your provided e-mail address.
